Some containers were being filled over capacity last year. Gary Hawley reported that he discussed with the Treasurer some problems with the Manatron program adding the late fee to the entire tax bill. It was asked if changing to a percentage fee would work better. The board said no that it would not work as well. John and Samantha will put together information about the possibility of our office going back to sending the Solid Waste Bills separately from our office for next month’s meeting.

Gary Hawley motioned to adjourn 9:12 AM, Shirley Mull seconded, motion passed.
